I loved your thought of the sunbird connecting Jerusalem, Mecca, Medina and the Sanai. I can picture your sunbird, touching these places with her beautiful unifying calls. Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) night journey to Jerusalem, mentioned in the Quran, seems to me, echoing a similar song. A few months ago I was in Jerusalem reflecting on the message of Surah Wa Teen. Your reference to this Surah is deeply touching. The current situation testifies to its truth. May Allah help us be like the sunbirds of your imagination.
